Tell us how your company is contributing to AI / Robotics and how the company is benefiting its customers.

e-con Systems partners with customers in various industries to provide embedded vision systems and modules that can be integrated with their design. These systems can be used in conjunction with other AI-powered robots and machines to perform specific tasks and improve over time. When a vision system is successfully integrated with a product, it is called a win-win design. e-con Systems has won over 300 designs to date.

What are the robot trends likely to be seen in 2023?

With AI and embedded vision systems becoming more capable, robots are a fast-growing industry of the future. Some of the industry trends we can see in the coming years and beyond are:

Automated Vehicles (GAVs): Self-driving vehicles operating on a predetermined route or in a designated area. They are equipped with sensors, cameras and other technologies to navigate their surroundings and follow a set trajectory. GAVs are used in a number of industries, including manufacturing, transportation and retail, to transport goods and materials.

Robot Online Security: It involves protecting robots and their associated systems from cyber threats such as viruses, ransomware and hacking. It is important to ensure the safety of robots because they always manage sensitive data and perform important tasks in industries such as healthcare, manufacturing and military.

Internet of Things Robotics (IoRT): It refers to the integration of robots and the Internet of Things (IoT). It involves connecting robots to the Internet and other devices to enable remote control, management and communication. IoRT allows for improved efficiency and productivity in industries such as manufacturing, transportation and healthcare.

Robot Services (RaaS): It is a business model that gives institutions the ability to use robots on demand rather than purchasing and maintaining their own robotic systems. This allows businesses to scale their operations quickly and efficiently in response to changing market conditions.

Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs): These are self-driving robots that can navigate around and perform tasks without human intervention. They are commonly used in the manufacturing, logistics and hospitality industries to automate the processing of materials, transport and perform tasks such as disinfection.

Smart Robot / Adapter: This refers to the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in robotics to enable real-time performance optimization. AI-powered robots can sense their surroundings and navigate independently, making them useful in production, transportation and customer service.

Auxiliary robots: These are robots designed to help and enhance human capabilities. They are often used in health care, geriatric care, and education to perform tasks such as lifting and moving patients, assisting with daily activities, and providing educational support.

How is AI / Robottics evolving in the industry as a whole today? What are the key trends you see emerging around the world?

In the past, it was believed that artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, and machine learning were independent of each other. However, we now understand that in order to create a valuable product for the three end customers, it must work in parallel. At the center of this progress is an intelligent embedded vision system that allows the retrieval of valuable data from the physical world. In the current context, it is important to focus on the development and innovation of intelligent AI systems and embedded vision systems to make the machine more modern and efficient in the future.

What are the key trends driving growth in AI / Machine Learning?

Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning have grown significantly in recent years, driven by trends such as the availability of data, the improvement of computing power, the need for automation, and the advancement of algorithms. Machine learning. These technologies are being adopted in many industries, including healthcare, finance, retail and manufacturing, to improve operations and increase efficiency.

AI systems can analyze a lot of data and make decisions based on that analysis, which makes it especially useful in these industries. Increasing adoption of AI and machine learning is driving further investment and development in the sector as businesses seek to take advantage of the benefits these technologies offer.

How will the technology of the future change robots in 2023?

In the near future, technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, advanced wireless technology, Internet of Things (IoT), quantum computing, and robotics collaboration are likely to change the robotics sector dramatically.

These technologies will enable robots to work smarter and more efficiently, communicate and collaborate more effectively, collect and analyze data from different sources, and collaborate with humans in new and innovative ways. The combination of these technologies will lead to the development of more modern and sophisticated robots with a wide range of applications in various industries.

What are your missions and visions that will influence the changing model of the AI / Robotics platform in 2023?

In recent years, there has been an increase in startups focusing on hardware development in India and a growing number of initiatives to encourage hardware production and exports in the country. As a result, India’s hardware products industry is expected to grow and these companies could be good customers for camera modules.

e-con Systems expects rapid growth in industry and companies in the near future. A decade ago, only a few products used embedded camera systems, but today their use is widespread, including cars, doorbells, telephones, and even vacuum cleaners. The number of machines capable of detecting visuals is expected to continue to grow steadily.

Our vision is to make these machines the future of seeing and understanding the world better, and with nearly two decades of experience and expertise in this field, we are well positioned to succeed in this fast-growing industry. .
