Police contact survey – How did we do?

Police are soliciting feedback from members of the public who have recently contacted us for a non-urgent reason. Individuals who call their local police station, call 105 or other emergency number, or submit an online report may be invited to complete a brief, confidential survey about their experience. This feedback will help ensure the police provide the services that all New Zealanders expect and deserve. It’s similar to the type of surveys you might receive after contacting other organizations through their customer service channels.

How will we contact you?

An invitation to take the survey will be sent to the email address you provided when you contacted us, with a link to the survey. The link is valid for five days after it is sent. Individuals creating an online report on 105 will also be invited to take the survey after submitting their report.
